Welcome to Allivet. This Consumer Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how Allivet and/or its affiliated and subsidiary companies (collectively, "Allivet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes your personal information. This Privacy Policy also describes the rights and choices you may have with respect to your personal information, and how to assert those rights.

By accessing, visiting, or using our Services (as defined below), you acknowledge this Privacy Policy and if you are an Allivet customer you agree to the Allivet Terms of Use. If you are not comfortable with any part of this Privacy Policy or do not agree with the applicable Terms, please immediately discontinue access or use of our Services.

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the date it was last updated at the top of this Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise noted, any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective on the “Last Updated” date indicated above. We will provide additional notice to you if we make changes to this Privacy Policy that materially affects your privacy rights in accordance with applicable laws.

1. Scope and Applicability

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information that is collected by Allivet during any written, electronic, and oral communications online when you:

• interact with our website, pages, features or content that links to this Privacy Policy, such as https://www.allivet.com/ (the "Site");
• otherwise interact with us, such as contact us through Customer Care, participate in our Allivet Rewards Points Program, AutoShip Program, or receive special offers, updates on product information, and expert pharmacy advice (“Activities”);
• interact with social media pages that we control ("Social Media Pages"); or
• engage our products or services that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, including the Site, Activities, and Social Media Pages, the "Services").

2. Personal Information We Collect

We collect certain personal information about you and your use of our Services, including your interaction with our Site. The definition of personal information (used interchangeably with “personal data”) depends on the applicable law, which is typically based on your state residency. The personal information that we collect generally falls into three primary categories: (1) information you voluntarily provide to us; (2) information we collect from you automatically; and (3) information we collect from third parties.

Information You Voluntarily Provide to Us. We or service providers that assist us in providing, maintaining, and operating our Services, may collect the following types of personal information from you:

• Account Registration and Management. When you create an account, we may collect first and last name, email address, password, and your phone number. You may also provide us with more information about your pets and choice of Veterinary Clinic.
• Allivet Rewards Points Program Enrollment. If you enroll into our Allivet Rewards Points Program, we may use the same personal information collected from your account registration.
• Order Placement. We may collect your personal information when you place an order through our Site, including, for example, your first and last name, delivery address, postal code, email address, phone number, payment account or credit card information.
• Payment Information. When you place orders, we may collect your payment card information, shipping and billing addresses, and phone numbers.
• Customer Support. When you engage with our customer support providers, we may collect records, copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), or additional information you choose to share with us.
• Newsletters and Alerts Sign Up. You may be able to sign up through the Services to receive electronic newsletters and promotional emails from Allivet. To sign up, we may ask you for information such as your email address and telephone number.
• Promotional Activity or Sweepstakes (“Promotion”). If you choose to participate in a Promotion through our Services, we will collect and store the personal information you provide in connection with your participation in the Promotion, which may include, your name, date of birth, address email address, phone number, and/or other personal information identified in the Promotion terms.
• Feedback or Surveys. We may provide you the opportunity to participate in surveys or provide feedback about your experience. If you participate, we may request certain personal information from you, typically including contact information (such as name and email address). Participation in these surveys is entirely voluntary. We use this information to improve our services and product offerings.
• Customer Review Forums. We offer publicly accessible forums for our customers to provide product reviews, ratings, and feedback. If you post information on public areas of the Services, that information may be collected and used by Allivet, other users of the Services, and the public generally. We strongly recommend that you do not post any information through the Services that allows strangers to identify or locate you or that you otherwise do not want to share with the public.
• AI Shopping Assistant. We may offer certain AI tools to assist with your shopping experience on our Services such as to answer questions, and provide product recommendations that may collect the information you choose to submit (such as search queries, chat messages, and product preferences), as well as technical information about your device and browsing activity. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the AI assistant.

Information We Automatically Collect. To the extent permitted under applicable law, we may automatically collect certain types of personal information about you when you use or interact with our Services:

• Usage Data. When you browse our Site, we automatically collect log data such as your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, domain names, referring and exit pages and URLs, pages viewed and the order of these page views, the date and time you access our servers, and other diagnostic data.
• Device Information. When you use your desktop or mobile devices to access our Services, we may be able to identify your device’s unique device identifier, MAC address, operating system, and your mobile device’s advertising ID.
• Location Information. When you use our Services, we may infer the generic physical location and geographic regions of your device settings. For example, your IP address may indicate your general geographic region.

Information We Collect from Third Parties. From time to time, we may obtain information about you from third party sources as required or permitted by law. These sources may include:

• Social Media. We may offer you the opportunity to engage with our content on or through third-party social networking websites, plug-ins and applications. When you engage with our content on or through third-party social networking websites, plug-ins and applications, you may allow us to have access to certain information associated with your social media account (e.g., name, username, email address, profile picture, gender) to deliver the content or as part of the operation of the third-party website, plug-in or application. When you provide information from your social media account, we may use this information to personalize your experience on our Services and on the third-party social networking websites, plug-ins and applications, and to provide you with other products or services you may request.
• Third Party Partners. Unless prohibited by applicable law, we may obtain your personal information from marketing partners, analytics providers, Promotion providers, and other third-party partners to market to you, including to match custom audiences or create lookalike audiences on social media or other marketing platforms so that we can better understand which of our Services may be of interest to you, market our Services to you, and to provide us information necessary to improve our Services.

3. Why We Collect Your Personal Information

We may process your personal information in connection with any of the following:

• To Operate and Administer Our Services. We may use your personal information to provide you with the Services that you request, such as creating and managing your user accounts, administrating Allivet Rewards Points Program, and processing and completing purchases, returns, and similar transactions.
• To Provide Customer Support or Respond to You. We collect any information that you provide to us when you contact us to respond to your inquiries and to fulfill your requests. Without your personal information, we cannot respond to you or ensure your continued use and satisfaction of the Services.
• To Provide You with Service-Related Communications. We may send you administrative and account-related information to you, for example, privacy policy and terms updates, security updates, confirmations of your account actions or transactions, or other relevant transaction-related information. Service-related communications are not promotional in nature. You may not be able to unsubscribe from certain service-related communications, otherwise you may miss important developments relating to your account or the Services.
• To Provide Marketing Communications (e.g., SMS, Email). Subject to your marketing preferences, we may send you special discounts and offers, newsletters or marketing communications we believe may interest you, for our own products and services. When you no longer wish to receive these marketing messages from us, you can opt out at any time by unsubscribing or following the instructions contained within such messages.
• To Personalize Your Experience. We may process your personal information to personalizing your experience on the Services by presenting products and offers tailored to you. We may use such information to enable you to interact with our Services more easily across devices, or to recommend more relevant content to you. For example, when you enable the social sharing functionalities of your social media account(s) by interacting with our content on or through third-party social networking websites, plug-ins and applications, we may use this information to personalize your experience on our Services and on the third-party social networking websites, plug-ins and applications.
• For Research and To Develop Our Services. We may process your personal information and derive analytical and statistical data to better understand the way you use and interact with our Services, including by carrying out data analysis, audits, fraud monitoring and prevention, internal quality assurance, developing new products, enhancing, improving or modifying our Services, identifying usage trends, auditing use and functionality of our Services, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and operating and expanding our business activities.

• To Enforce Compliance with Our Terms, Agreements and Policies. When you access or use our Services, you are bound to our Terms. • To Ensure the Security of the Services. We may process your personal information to combat spam, malware, malicious activities, or security risks; improve and enforce our security measures; and to monitor and verify your identity so that unauthorized users do not gain access to your information.
• To Maintain Legal and Regulatory Compliance. Our Services are subject to certain laws and regulations which may require us to process your personal information. For example, we process your personal information to pay our taxes, to fulfill our business obligations, or as necessary to manage risk as required under applicable law, or to respond to requests by judicial process or governmental agencies.
• To Enhance AI Technology. When you interact with some of the features in our Services, they may be powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies (collectively, “AI technology”), such as generative AI shopping assistants. By using the services you understand and accept that we may use your personal information and any user content, input, uploads, or feedback that you provide to us to analyze your interactions with us and develop, improve, and enhance machine learning models that power such AI technology.
• With Your Consent. For any other purpose disclosed to you prior to you providing us your personal information or which is reasonably necessary to provide the Services or other related services requested, with your permission or upon your direction.

4. How We May Disclose Your Personal Information

We may disclose your personal information as follow, as permitted under applicable law:

• Our Corporate Group. We may disclose some or all of your personal information with our subsidiaries and corporate affiliates, joint ventures, or other companies under common control with us for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law or by contractual agreement with our vendors, service providers or other third parties.
• Vendors and Service Providers. We may disclose personal information to vendors, service providers, contractors, professional advisors, and other entities that need this information to provide services to us, such as: assisting us in e-commerce operations; managing a database of customer information; hosting the Site; designing and/or operating the Site’s features; tracking the Site’s activities and analytics; enabling us to send you special offers or perform other administrative services; delivery and shipping; operating our customer care services; allowing you to participate in live chat on the Site; and other services designed to assist us in maximizing our business potential. These service providers may have access to or process your personal information only for the purpose of providing services to us.
• Business Partners, Sponsors, and Other Third Parties. We may disclose your personal information to business partners, co-sponsors of promotions, and other third parties in order to provide you with Services that may interest you. For example, we may co-sponsor promotions, sweepstakes, or other events with a third party and may share your personal information in connection with these events. If you provide additional information to any of these third parties, such information provided to these third parties will be subject to each third party's privacy practices and policies.
• Analytics and Interest-based Advertising Partners. We use third-party analytics, advertising, and marketing providers to collect information about your use of the Site, see the overall patterns of usage on the Site, deliver advertisements to your social media account based on email addresses, optimize ad performance, and determine whether our advertising is effective. Where permitted by applicable law, we may share your personal information with marketing and advertising partners for targeted advertising purposes, such as matching custom audience or creating lookalike audience on social media or other marketing platforms, so that we can better understand which of our Services may be of interest to you, market our Services to you, and to provide us information necessary to improve our Services. • Third-party Content Providers. The Site may contain content that is supplied by third parties, and those third parties may collect personal information when pages from the Site are served to you. In addition, we may provide links on the Site to facilitate sending a communication from the Site. For example, we may use third parties to facilitate emails, Tweets, or Facebook postings. These third parties may retain any information used or provided in any such communications or activities, and these third parties’ practices are not subject to our Privacy Policy. You should review the applicable third-party privacy policies before using such tools.
• As Necessary to Comply with Our Legal Obligations. We may disclose your personal information law enforcement authorities, government or public agencies or officials, regulators, and/or to any other person or entity having appropriate legal authority or justification for receipt of your information if we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary or appropriate to: (i) protect or defend the rights, safety or property of Allivet or third parties (including through the enforcement of this Privacy Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and other applicable agreements and policies); or (ii) comply with legal and regulatory obligations (e.g., pursuant to law enforcement inquiries, subpoenas, or court orders).
• As Part of a Corporate Transaction. We also reserve the right to disclose and transfer all such information: (i) to a subsequent owner, co-owner, or operator of the Site; or (ii) in connection with a merger, consolidation, restructuring, the sale of substantially all our interests and/or assets, or other corporate change, including during the course of any due diligence process.

5. Third-Party Links

Our Site may include links to websites or services that are operated and controlled by third parties. We are not responsible for any such third party’s data collection or practices, and you should carefully review such third party’s privacy policies and terms for more information.

6. Your Choices

We offer all customers the following choices relating to how we communicate with you and if you are a registered user you can manage the information in relation to your account.

Correct or Update Your Information. As a registered user with our Site, you can access, modify, or delete certain profile information at any time by logging into your account. You can find your profile information by clicking on the "Sign In" link at the top of any page on the Site on which you registered, then clicking on the "My Profile" link on the page header.

Communication Preferences. We offer you certain choices about how we communicate with you and what information we collect from you. You can update your marketing preferences, limit the communications you receive from us, or submit a request by:

• Using the unsubscribe function in the email you receive from us; or
• Visiting the Privacy Rights portal, and clicking on “Unenroll or Unsubscribe”, then submitting the form; or
• Contacting us as set forth under “How To Contact Us” below.

Please note that we may still send you certain communications relating to your account or use of our Site (such as administrative and service announcements), and these transactional account messages may be unaffected if you choose to opt-out from receiving our marketing communications.

7. Privacy Rights

For individuals in the United States (except California), depending on applicable law where you reside or are located, you may be able to assert certain rights identified below with respect to your personal information. If you are a resident of California, please see Section 11 instead.

If any of the rights listed below are not provided to you under the law that governs the processing of your personal information, we have absolute discretion in providing you with those rights. Please refer to the “What Rights Apply” section below to determine the rights you have in the jurisdiction you reside. Your rights in relation to your personal information are not absolute. Depending upon the applicable law, access to your rights under the applicable law may be denied: (i)when denial of the request is required or authorized by law; (ii) when granting the request would have a negative impact on another’s privacy; (iii) to protect our rights and properties; (iv) where the request is frivolous or vexatious, or for other reasons.

• Right to Know/Access. You may have the right to obtain a copy, or a list of categories of the personal information that we hold about you, as well as other supplementary information.
• Right to Correct. You may have the right to correct or update any of your personal information in our records and systems that is inaccurate.
• Right to Delete. Under certain circumstances, you may have the right to request that we delete the personal information that we hold about you. This right is not absolute, and we may refuse your right to delete if it is reasonably necessary for us to provide a service requested by you; to perform a contract between us; to maintain functionality and ensure security of our systems; to enable solely expected internal uses of your personal information; to exercise a right provided by law; to comply with a legal obligation, or if there are compelling legitimate grounds for keeping your personal information.
• Right to Portability. Under certain circumstances, you may have the right to receive personal information we hold about you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format so that you can provide that personal information to another entity.
• Right Against Discrimination. We do not discriminate against customers who exercise any of their rights described in this Privacy Policy.
• Right to Object to Automated Decision-Making. You may have the right not to be subject to a decision that is based solely on automated processing (where a decision is taken about you using an electronic system without human involvement) which significantly impacts your rights. No decision will be made by us about you solely on the basis of automated decision making which has a significant impact on you.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale. You may have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. Like many businesses, we use cookies, pixels, and similar technology on our Site, and we share certain personal information (e.g., identifiers and service and platform usage) to advertising partners to provide you with personalized ads on third-party platforms, to improve your user experience and to optimize our marketing activities. Under the broad definition of “sell” contained in some jurisdictions’ privacy laws, this could be considered a sale.
• Right to Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising. You may have the right to opt-out of the disclosure of your personal information to third parties for behavioral or cross-contextual advertising purposes. Like many businesses, we use cookies, pixels, and similar technology on our Site, and we disclose certain personal information (e.g., identifiers and service and platform usage) to advertising partners to provide you with personalized ads on third-party platforms, to improve your user experience and to optimize our marketing activities.
• Right to Appeal. You may have the right to appeal if we refuse to take action on your rights request. Instructions on how to appeal will be provided to you upon such a denial, but in any event, such instructions will be substantially similar to those provided below for submitting requests.
• Right to Obtain Third-Party List. You may have the right to request a list of specific third parties to which we have disclosed personal information.

What Rights Apply

To determine which rights you have, please refer to the table below that references the rights as described above. States not listed either do not have a law providing such rights or it does not apply to our operations.

Submitting a Request to Exercise Your Privacy Rights. If you are a resident in a state that provides the rights noted above, you can assert your privacy rights by visiting our Privacy Rights Request Form. You can also access this form by clicking on the “Privacy Requests” link in the website footer, emailing us at privacypolicy@allivet.com, or by calling us toll-free at 1-877-500-9944 and advising us which privacy rights you would like to exercise.

Depending on your state of residence, applicable law may limit how many times per year you may submit a Right to Know/Access.  We may charge a reasonable fee for multiple requests in the same 12-month period, as permitted by law.

To protect your privacy, we must be able to verify your identity to confirm that the rights request came from you. We may contact you by phone or e-mail to verify your request before we can process your request to exercise certain privacy rights. Depending on your request, we will ask for information such as your name, address, and e-mail address or a phone number you have used with us. For certain requests, we may also ask you to provide details about your most recent purchases.

Opting-out of Sales and Targeted Advertising. You can exercise your right to opt-out of sales and targeted advertising by clicking the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the website footer and following the directions in the Your Privacy Choices pop-up screen regarding how to opt-out of sales and targeted advertising. If you previously opted-out and wish to opt-in, you can use the options identified above to change your preferences.

If you are a resident of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, Oregon or Texas, you may also opt-out of sales and targeted advertising via cookies by using an opt-out preference signal. The Global Privacy Control signal is currently the only opt-out preference signal we can recognize. You can visit the Global Privacy Control official site at https://globalprivacycontrol.org/#about to learn how to configure your device to send such signals. We will honor and process the opt-out preference signal accordingly.

Please note that your opt-out choice will only apply to your use of our Site through the current browser or device you are using and only so long as that browser’s cookies are not erased. You will need to submit a separate opt-out of targeted advertising request on each device and browser you use to visit our Site to completely opt-out using this method.  Please note that you may still receive generalized ads after opting out.

Authorized Agents. In certain states you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf to access or delete your personal information. To do so, you must: (1) provide that authorized agent written and signed permission to submit such request; and (2) verify your own identity directly with us. Please note, we may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf.

8. Children’s Privacy

We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy in the interactive world. Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of majority in the applicable jurisdictions, which includes for clarification, that our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Therefore, we do not knowingly process personal information from individuals under 18 years old. If you are under 18 years of age, you should not use the Site and should not send any information about yourself to us through the Site.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with information without your consent, please contact us at privacypolicy@allivet.com, and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our databases in accordance with applicable law.

9. Security and Retention

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect and secure your personal information from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. However, no information system can be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information. Moreover, we are not responsible for the security of information that you transmit to the Site over networks that we do not control, including the Internet and wireless networks.

You should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via our Services or when you communicate with us through email, SMS/texts, chat, or other modes of communication. In addition, we are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on our Services or those on third-party websites. Protecting your personal information is also your responsibility and we urge you to take precautions to protect your personal information. If you have reason to believe that your account or any interaction with us is no longer secure please let us know immediately by contacting customer support or as indicated below in the “How to Contact Us” section of this Privacy Policy.

Our retention periods for personal information are based on business needs and legal requirements. We will keep your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is collected, for other purposes described in the Privacy Policy, or as may be required by applicable law. For example, we may retain certain transaction details and correspondence until the time limit for claims arising from the transaction has expired. In addition, we retain your email address and information about your marketing preferences to ensure that we can honor those preferences. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you Services, we may still retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

10. Notice of Financial Incentive

We offer customers programs that provide certain perks, rewards, or special promotions, such as the Allivet Rewards Points Program, newsletters, discounts, or other similar promotional campaigns (collectively, the “Program(s)”).When you sign up for one of our Programs, we may ask you to provide your name, contact information (such as email address and/or telephone number). Because our Programs involve the collection of personal information, some programs may be interpreted as a “financial incentive” program under California law or a “bona fide loyalty program” under Colorado law. The value to Allivet of your personal information is related to the value of the free or discounted products or services, or other benefits that you obtain or that are provided to you as part of the Program.

The benefits that we provide to members are reasonably related to the value of the member personal information that we collect. Under California law, the value of your personal information to us is related to the value of the free or discounted products or services, or other benefits that you obtain or that are provided as part of the applicable Program, less the expense related to offering those products, services, and benefits to Program participants.

You may withdraw from participating in a Program at any time by contacting us using the methods identified in the “How to Contact Us” section. Please visit the terms and conditions page of each Program to view full details, including how to join and the Terms and Conditions for each Program.

11. California Consumer Notice at Collection

If you are a California resident, this section applies to you in addition to the rest of this Privacy Policy. The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”) requires us to disclose the following additional information related to our privacy practices.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information for cross-contextual advertising purposes. With your consent, we and other third-party marketing and social media partners may use cookies, pixels, or other tracking technologies on our Site to collect information about your interaction with our Site to deliver advertising to you on third-party websites and apps. If you have consented to this, you can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on “Your Privacy Choices” in the website footer and switching off the toggle for “Sale and Sharing/Targeted Advertising Cookies” under Manage Cookie Preference in the pop-up window that appears. We do not sell or share (for cross-context behavioral advertising) the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

To the extent we process any information about you that is considered sensitive personal information under the CCPA, we do not process it to infer characteristics about you.

Categories of Personal Information Collected, Used, And Disclosed. In the preceding 12 months, depending how you interact with our Services, the chart below describes the categories of personal information collected, the sources and purpose of such collection, and the parties to whom the information was disclosed for business purpose.

California Privacy Rights

California residents have the following rights in relation to their personal information.

• Right to Know.  You have the right to obtain a copy, or a list of categories of the personal information that we hold about you, as well as other supplementary information, such as the purposes of processing, and the entities to whom we disclose your personal information.
• Right to Correct.  You have the right to correct any of your personal information in our records and systems. You may request us to correct your personal information held by us that is inaccurate. In addition to the methods described below, you can correct your personal information through your account settings.
• Right to Delete.  Under certain circumstances, you have the right to request that we delete the personal information that we hold about you. This right is not absolute. In addition, in the event your deletion request is honored, we may retain a record of your deletion request as required under applicable law.
• Right to Portability.  In certain circumstances, you have the right to receive a copy of the personal information we have collected about you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
• Right to Opt-out of the Use of Automated Decision-making Technology (ADMIT). You have the right to opt-out of the use of ADMT to process your personal information to make a significant decision that concerns you. We do not process personal information using ADMT to make any significant decisions about you. Therefore, we do not offer the right to opt-out of ADMT.
• Right Against Retaliation. We will not retaliate against you for exercising any of their rights described above.

These rights are not absolute and may be denied in certain situations such as: (a) when denial of access is required or authorized by law; (b) when granting access would have a negative impact on another's privacy; (c) to protect our rights and properties; or (d) where the request is frivolous or vexatious.

Submitting a Request to Exercise Your Privacy Rights

You can assert your privacy rights listed above by visiting our Privacy Rights Request Form. You can also access this form by clicking on the “Privacy Requests” link in the website footer, emailing us at privacypolicy@allivet.com, or by calling us toll-free at 1-877-500-9944 and advising us which privacy rights you would like to exercise. You may be limited to 2 times per year for submitting a Right to Know/Access.  We may charge a reasonable fee for multiple requests in the same 12-month period, as permitted by law.

To protect your privacy, we must be able to verify your identity to confirm that the rights request came from you. We may contact you by phone or e-mail to verify your request before we can process your request to exercise certain privacy rights. Depending on your request, we will ask for information such as your name, address, an e-mail address or a phone number you have used with us. For certain requests, we may also ask you to provide details about your most recent purchases.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf to access or delete your personal information. To do so, you must: (1) provide that authorized agent written and signed permission to submit such request; and (2) verify your own identity directly with us. Please note, we may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf.

Retention of Personal Information. We retain your information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide you Services or for other purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, or as required or permitted by applicable law. For more information about the criteria for retaining personal information listed above, please refer to Section 10 above.

Do Not Track. Your browser may allow you to adjust your browser settings so that “do not track” requests are sent to the websites that you visit. However, since uniform standards for “DNT” signals have not been adopted, we do not disable tracking technology that may be active on the Websites in response to any “do not track” requests that we receive from your browser.
