Chlorhexidine shampoo really works on my chocolate labs skin condition with allergy's and itching! This is a great product and a great price!

Excellent for horses, helps clean up cruddy rubbed areas, abrasions, tail docks, been using it for years - put in a small squeeze bottle and keep in in your lab or wash rack.

We primarily use this for our two horses and it keeps them germ free. We also use it for our cat; it gets her very, very clean for a long time between baths and it has no side effects. And we've used it for 10 years on our dogs (we are currently between puppies at the moment).

The manufacturer/merchant from who I had been buying the 4% chlorhexidine before is no longer selling that strong of a solution. I spent much time searching the internet for the 4%. Didn't find it sold anywhere til today. Yay! My dog has weird sebbhoric-type skin issues that no vet can seem to figure out what it is. I've tried all sorts of shampoos and allergy meds. I homemake my dog's food. He gets sufficient amounts of omega 3s (and 6). This shampoo seems to keep his skin issues from getting horribly worse - though they do continue to progress negatively. Oatmeal shampoos do not help. ACV irritates. After using the Chlor 4% shampoo, I rinse my dog with a diluted rinse of Betadine (povidone iodine). It seems to reduce his inflamed breakouts on his skin, as well as providing a bacteria fighting layer o his skin.

This shampoo is awesome. It basically stops skin irritation in its track and is excellent in ridding the skin of bacteria that can cause problems. I am elated that I can find the 4% strength on Allivet and will tell everyone I know about you guys.

Cat Odor Off is a cat owners dream. I recommend it because it works. Even if your cat doesn't normally make a mess, have it handy just in case. you won't regret it.

My dog kept scratching her skin to the point where she was bald in some areas. My vet told me about this shampoo and once I got it, started bathing her twice a week until she stopped scratching then once there after. Love this product.

The only shampoo we use to soother our dogs itchy skin. Once she gets a bathe her itching stops. It's a great shampoo and when I lather her up I leave it on for a few minutes before I wash her off.
