I purchased the Cosequin for my Chocolate Lab as he is very troubled by his left back hip which has slowed him down quite a bit. He would love to hop in the car whenever I took and picked up my husband. When I open the back door now he will come along. It will not reverse anything but will ease some pain . In my experience, they are most effective when administered at the ONSET of hip dysplesia or other joint issues. .

Been using Cosequin close to a month for my more mature, overweight dog...still too early to tell, but I there is marginal improvement with joint pain. He now walks longer distances than before and this alone is great for me.

Cosequin DS is my brand of choice, I've tried a couple of different brands and definitely prefer this one. Our vet also recommends and sells it but it's so much more costly at his office.
