Durvet Pyrantel Paste works to remove and control roundworms, pinworms, large strongyles, and small strongyles in ponies and horses. This palatable, easily-administered, apple-flavored paste allows for easy and fast dosing.
For the removal and control of large strongyles (Strongylus vulgaris, S. edentatus, S. equinus); small strongyles; pinworms (Oxyuris equi); and roundworms (Parascaris equorum) in horses and ponies.

Durvet Pyrantel Paste is easy to administer with an appealing apple flavor. It works to control and remove roundworms, pinworms, and strongyles.
Pyrantel pamoate is a neuromuscular blocking, depolarizing agent that forces worms to suddenly contract, then become paralyzed. This forces worms to lose their grip on the wall of the intestine, where it is then passed from the animal's system by natural processes.
