Ivermax Injection for Cattle and Swine is an injection containing 1% ivermectin that works as a parasiticide.
For use in swine and cattle.
Features of Ivermax Injection for Cattle and Swine:
- Treats mange mites, lice, lungworms, and gastrointestinal roundworms in swine
- Treats mange mites, sucking lice, grubs, lungworms, and gastrointestinal roundworms (to include Osteragia ostertagi) in cattle
- Low-volume, single dose efficiently controls and treats external and internal parasites that can have harmful effects on the health of swine and cattle
Ivermax Injection for Cattle and Swine contains ivermectin, which is derived from avermectin. This is a family of broad-spectrum and potent antiparasitics that are made through isolation from fermentation of Streptomyces avermitilis.

Cattle: IVOMEC® Injection should be given only by subcutaneous injection under the loose skin in front of or behind the shoulder at the recommended dose level of 200 mcg of ivermectin per kilogram of body weight. Each mL of IVOMEC contains 10 mg of ivermectin, sufficient to treat 110 lb (50 kg) of body weight (maximum 10 mL per injection site).
