RenaKare 2 Tablets are an excellent choice for pets suffering from kidney disease and/or potassium deficiency (hypokalemia). Easily-administered, this product helps your pet get the additional potassium required to manage their condition.
RenaKare 2 mEq, 100 Tablets is an important dietary supplement for pets with hypokalemia (potassium deficiency) associated with chronic kidney disease. RenaKare pet meds are intended for supplemental use to counteract the effects of insufficient dietary intake, malabsorbtion, and conditions that interfere with potassium retention.
For use in cats and dogs.
RenaKare 2 Tablets are useful in pets with kidney disease or potassium deficiencies (hypokalemia).
The urine eliminates potassium, but pets suffering from kidney issues can be unable to absorb it from the intestines and stomach adequately. Daily potassium supplementation can improve the muscle, enzyme, and nerve health of your pet.
Side effects can include:
- Loss of appetite
- Diarrhea
- Vomiting
- Stomach upset
- Muscle weakness
