Tobramycin Ophthalmic Solution is used as an antibiotic treatment for eye infections caused by susceptible bacteria.
Tobramycin Ophthalmic Solution is a sterile, topical anti-infective agent for ophthalmic use.
For use in cats, dogs, and horses.
Tobramycin treats common eye infections and eases discomfort.
Tobramycin Ophthalmic Solution USP, 0.3% is a special-made sterile antibiotic used to topically treat external ophthalmic (eye) infections.
The most common side effects of Tobramycin include:
  • Conjunctival erythema
  • Eyelid swelling
  • Eyelid itching
  • Localized ocular toxicity
  • Hypersensitivity

Immediately contact your nearest animal hospital.
Do not administer to animals with prior hypersensitivity to Tobramycin or any of its ingredients.

  • Wash your hands before administering Tobramycin.
  • Avoid contaminating the applicator by touching it to any affected areas or other surfaces.
  • Do not rinse the dropper.
  • Replace the dropper cap after each use.
Mild to moderate disease:
Every four hours, instill one to two drops into affected eye .

Severe Infections:
Distill two drops into eye hourly until improvement. Reduce treatment prior to discontinuation.
