I switched from HeartGuard to triHeart Both Same ingredients. Switched our 12yr St.Bernard =English Setter Mix and is 128lbs But sometime since older after give the med to her she would have stomach upset and cough. Had vet approval. After switching to this she didn’t have tummy upset and didn’t have cough after taking. Our 2yr St.Bernard doesn’t have any problems with either

This is my first time buying the product and while I won’t know for a while how effective it is at preventing heart worm, my dog ate it just fine and doesn’t have any problems with the digestive worms it also prevents. She is an outdoor dog. The service from Allivet.com has been great. We had to work with getting my vet registered and had some back and forth about getting the vet to send the prescription, but Allivet was helpful.

Zero stars on this product. Both dogs had skin issues right after taking this product, Starts out as itching and chewing, red,-raised hot spots, then skin crusting over, hair falling out, black scab in center with white crusty build up around the outside. Funny because we have used other ivermectin products.
