Tylan 50 Injection works to treat BRD (bovine respiratory disease) complex, including pneumonia and shipping fever, along with associated Actinomyces pyogenes and Pasteurella multocida. It also treats necrotic pododermatitis (foot rot), metritis associated with Actinomyces pyogenes, and calf diphtheria associated with Fusobacterium necrophorum.

For use in swine, non-lactating dairy cattle, and beef cattle.
Tylan 50 is an easily administered and quick-acting antibiotic.
Tylan 50 treats the following:
In bovine:
In bovine:
- Bovine respiratory complex (pneumonia and shipping fever) caused by Actinomyces pyogenes and Pasteurella multocida
- Calf diphtheria and foot rot (necrotic pododermatitis) associated with Fusobacterium necrophorum
- Metritis associated with Actinomyces pyogenes
- Swine erysipelas associated with Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae
- Swine pneumonia associated with Pasteurella spp.
- Swine arthritis associated with Mycoplasma hyosynoviae
- Swine dysentery caused by Treponema hyodysenteriae (when followed with appropriate medications in feed and/or water)
Overdosing baby pigs can cause shock and/or death.
