Everything is all in one. It stores the unused syringes at the bottom. Each time after you use them, you put them in the top and there is no way a child can get hold of the used syringes.

These work great from me and my husband for pulling up our cat's insulin. Love the ability to just drop the used syringe into a safe to dispose of container.

It is so easy - especially with the auto ship option. I don't even have to think about ordering more syringes for my diabetic cat. Allivet ships them to me every 7 weeks right when I need them. They come well packaged and have never been damaged. I will continue to use Allivet fory syringes. They are cheaper than getting them from my vet's office.

nice package, but it appears that it is a one time use and then gets thrown away, considering that I will be using these needles twice a day, guess I will look for cheaper price and then use an old milk bottle to store used syringes in those until disposal.

These syringes are of good quality and easy to use.

Very convenient. Only issue is the syringes are still sealed in bags of 10, so you either have to pull them all out and stuff the bottom in the beginning (which means you have greater risk to lose a cap and contaminate one) or you have to pull out the bag and open it, then stash it somewhere else or figure out how to stuff it back in... but the disposal is great!

Allivet is quick and easy to order pet supplies. They are delivered to my doorstep. Insulin is shipped in a "cold pack" and received within 1 business day, again on my doorstep. They are significantly lower in price than local vets. I'm glad I found Allivet!
